About La French Tech Taiwan
La French Tech Taiwan is a non-profit association created in 2016 and led by tech entrepreneurs and enthusiasts. It aims at linking France and Taiwan startup ecosystems through three main actions: talent, market access, and connection with large corporations. The goal of La French Tech Taiwan is to significantly increase the cooperation between innovation actors, fostering new initiatives towards the development of France and Taiwan’s new technologies, and promote the attractiveness of France to Taiwanese startups.

WEpreneurs was founded in 2023 to connect women founders and professionals, and facilitate business collaborations and resources exchange among them. Since inception, WEpreneurs has facilitated over 600 business connections and resources exchanges. Co-Founder at Symaps.io, a French startup that develops advanced geolocation software for retailers, franchises, and brands. Currently, she serves as the Customer Service Manager (CSM).
An enthusiast in promoting the status and role of women within the startup ecosystem
Alyssa Chen
Principal leading the Accelerator Arm of AppWorks, overseeing products including AppWorks Accelerator, Wistron Accelerator and management of communities ranging from accelerator alumni to mentors.
Interned at AppWorks for a year during university. After graduation, Alyssa started her career at Huashan Cultural Creative Park. In 2016, she returned to AppWorks as an Analyst, became an Associate in 2019, and most recently assumed the role of Principal in 2022.
An advocate for female power, and has an undying passion for flowers and wine.
Isaac Liang
Head of LHH & Adecco Tech Branch Taiwan, with nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition and corporate management.
Understands market needs and global trends, particularly in the tech sector, promotes gender equality, and empowers individuals and organizations.
Delivers innovative solutions in recruitment, learning, and career development; Passionate about helping people and organizations excel in dynamic environments. Isaac is a driving force for positive change.
