France Taiwan Startup immersion program in France, is an acceleration program from the French Ministry of Foreign affairs and French Office in Taipei, in association with Taiwanese Ministry of Science and Technology designed to help foreign deeptech startups to develop their project in France and grow their business in Europe.
It provides a half-day intensive bootcamp in Taipei followed by one free immersion week in France that will allow laureates to benefit of an extensive customized business network and connections with the best resources in France in their fields. This program has been running since 2017.
5 to 6 innovative deeptech startups will be sponsored for a trip to France for one person from Dec. 2 to Dec. 6, 2019 to follow an immersive customized programme in Paris (LEX, Workshops and Pitch training with Schoolab) and in region (seminars, B2B, networking, pitch, visits…).
The covered expenses include:
One roundtrip ticket (up to 1000€) to Paris from Taiwan
Hotel costs for one person including breakfast: 5 nights in Paris and another French region
Transportation between Paris and the other French region for one person

Criteria of eligibility:
Less than 30 employees
Less than 2M USD turn over in 2018
Technology fields : MedTech/BioTech & Smart-Industry
Technological startups, which would benefit from partnering with French companies / research organisations
Motivated entrepreneur willing to spend one week in France (cofounder or CEO / Taiwanese or French only)
Mature startup: at least with a prototype or a working app/service (from TRL5).
