FRENCH TECH CAPITALS & COMMUNITIES
At the beginning of February 2023, the Mission French Tech announced the accreditation of 16 Capitales (including 3 new ones) and 31 Communautés (including 2 new ones) in France and 66 Communautés abroad (including 9 new ones) for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025.
From 1 January 2024, a new Capital will become the 17th Capital in the network: the French Tech Val de Loire Capital. Today, this unique network brings together 1,400 volunteers and 6,000 start-ups who bring French Tech to life locally and around the world.
The French Tech Communities in France
The French Tech Communities in France are groups of volunteer entrepreneurs who, in addition to the actions carried out by the French Tech Capitals, animate the ecosystem of innovation players on a local scale and intensify their collaboration. They are made up of founders, investors, employees and tech players, and any other stakeholders involved in promoting French Tech in their geographical area.
French Tech Communities abroad
The French Tech International Communities are groups of volunteer French or Francophile entrepreneurs who represent the Mission French Tech internationally. Their actions promote the French tech ecosystem alongside the French institutional network in each country.

The French Tech Mission and Dealroom publish data on the French start-up ecosystem
The French Tech Mission aims to create a collaborative and innovation-friendly environment where innovative ideas can flourish, talent can be identified and supported, and businesses can grow and become competitive in national and international markets.
