That’s why we created Women in Tech: Stories of Innovation and Leadership, a video series that highlights the unique journeys of women driving change, leading innovation, and pushing boundaries in tech.

Through honest conversations, this series sheds light on both the challenges and the victories of being a woman in a male-dominated field. It’s about inspiring the next generation and raising awareness around the realities women face in tech every day.

Each episode gives a unique perspective:

Navigating the Gender Gap in Tech Across Taiwan and France

In 2023, La French Tech Taiwan released a landmark publication on gender diversity in the tech industry. Titled “Navigating the Gender Gap in Tech across Taiwan & France,” this white paper was the result of a collaborative effort between Cerise Phiv, La French Tech Taiwan, and was generously supported by La Mission French Tech.

It remains a valuable reference in our ongoing commitment to promoting equity in the tech ecosystem.
