Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and sustainability? Then you won’t want to miss our Deep Tech for Green Tech Night – an evening dedicated to the convergence of deep technologies and green solutions!

This year, we will also celebrate the Pavillon France at Energy Taiwan 2024, organized by Business France, showcasing French excellence in energy sector featuring leading companies: Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Bureau Veritas Taiwan Branch, EDF Renewables, AKROCEAN, and Eviden.

This first edition of Deep Tech for Green Tech Night will take place on October 1st, at Taiwan Tech Arena. Organized by La French Tech Taiwan, with the support of La French Tech, French Office in Taipei, and Business France, this event will feature:

  • Inspiring Talks: Hear from industry pioneers, innovators, and experts as they share insights on the latest deep tech advancements powering the green revolution.
  • Innovative Showcases: Witness firsthand the transformative potential of deep tech in renewable energy, circular economy, and climate-resilient solutions.
  • Networking opportunities for our attendees to explore partnerships.

This is a tremendous opportunity to meet with entrepreneurs, startups, both public and private stakeholders from France and Taiwan.

Our speakers

The Climate Fresk is a French nonprofit organization founded in December 2018 whose aim is to raise public awareness about climate change. It proposes a collaborative serious game based on 42 cards where the participants draw a fresco, hence “fresk”, which summarizes the work of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. As of 2023, over a million people have participated.

Tweener has been created by three partner with very different backgrounds, gathered by their shared passion about products. Launch by the end of 2016, the company offered right away its idea of combining product design, graphics and engineering to provide a full-scale service to their clients. It come from our will to be resourcefull at any step of a project.

Our startups

NunoX is an AI-powered material digitization company redefining the textile industry with a fabric scanner to create digital twins that drive sustainable change.

KiWi New Energy is an Ai Based Smart Renewable Energy Subscription Platform. It holds an energy retailer license from Taiwan. Being the first retailer to offer exclusively green energy, we enable households, businesses and charging fleets to achieve their sustainability goals towards net emissions. With proprietary in-house technology from the use of BlockChain, Ai to smart IOT meters, KiWi is leading the charge towards green energy consumption form every individual, household and business.”

Sweep was founded in 2020 to support companies on their sustainability journeys. Headquartered in France and the UK, with a global presence, the startup builds software that lets businesses take control of their impact on climate and society. The company is present at every step, from tracking carbon data across value chains, to easily complying with the latest disclosure rules.
